This is the Friday before Memorial Day. I wasn't able to create a new design, so I am using a design I created a while back. This "Robot Boy" piece was created in a 3D program. Here is the finished "inked in" hand art. I will play with the darkness and contrast in Photoshop later. I wasn't thinking of it, but I will probably keep the wavy paper paper background look.

Starting on the woman's face. I''m working in Adobe Illustrator. Staying with grays for now.

 A ways to go before it's done. 6:00 only 2 hours away

This will be a poster/print. I'm using this photo of a flapper as an influence on the design. Not sure just how much though. I'm thinking a flat posterized look. Maybe gray and orange or dark green and orange.
